Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver tech implementations. Manage vendor relationships and communicate business requirements during development. Develop training materials, documentation, metrics, and capability resources. Design and deliver training and change management programs to support adoption. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in feasibility, clinical research operations, tech enablement, or related roles. Proven experience leading tech implementation, vendor management, and change initiatives in Strong understanding of feasibility processes, clinical trial workflows, and site engagement tech. Excellent PM, organizational, and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management across global teams.
