📋 Description Lead patient relations and clinical quality improvements Own clinical audit program and AI-assisted chart reviews Define what gets measured and how findings are used Develop clinician coaching frameworks and quality benchmarks Collaborate with QA, safety, and clinical leadership Ensure HIPAA-compliant, complete audit trails 🎯 Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing 8+ years clinical practice, women’s health/primary care preferred Experience in patient relations, clinical quality, safety, or grievance coordination Familiarity with HRT prescribing and midlife women’s health Hands-on experience with Athenahealth; Zendesk a plus Strong understanding of HIPAA and clinical documentation standards 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $155,000-$175,000 per year Equity and broad benefits package Visa sponsorship not available; must be authorized to work in the US Remote-friendly role with Health tech-forward environment Opportunities to shape audit-based clinician development
