Staff Product Designer - Agent Experience

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end Agent Experience (AX) loop
• Design across CLI, API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints, and UI
• Create one coherent programmatic interface across surfaces
• Collaborate with engineers and product to ship end-to-end flows
• Define access, trust, and governance in design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design, developer tools or APIs
• Strong GUI and non-GUI design across surfaces
• End-to-end journey design across UI, CLI, API, SDK, and docs
• Clear POV on AI-native product design for agents
• Comfort with design-engineering collaboration
• Experience setting quality standards across new playbooks
