📋 Description
- Lead and contribute to full dev cycle: design, implement, test, deploy.
- Define technical vision for platform with a product-first mindset.
- Participate in code/design reviews to improve quality.
- Mentor engineers; foster knowledge sharing and learning.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, design, and product teams.
- Deliver scalable, flexible solutions for a marketing content platform.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master/PhD in CS or equivalent.
- Backend systems expertise with large-scale SOA.
- Experience architecting/developing agentic systems.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Cotlin, LangGraph, GraphQL, relational/noSQL, Redis, microservices.
- Strong communication; ability to drive initiatives across teams.
