Lead Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership within the cohort guiding AI-assisted dev
• Own specs for complex features incl. edge cases and NF reqs
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specs
• Lead AI-assisted implementation using Claude Code
• Review AI-generated and human code for correctness and security
• Design REST APIs and maintain UI/backend in domain

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering; 2+ yrs SaaS design/impl
• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent
• Proficiency in C#, C++, PHP, Java, Node.js
• HTML5, CSS/Sass, Angular, React, TS/JS; REST APIs
• SQL and relational DBs; NoSQL experience
• Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex)
