• 5+ years building, scaling, and running production software.
• Strong full-stack skills with deep front-end and typed back-end experience.
• Experience with React and relational data; integrations with OpenAI or Anthropic Claude.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and assessing outputs.
• Strong product judgment and clear written communication.
• Ability to own outcomes with autonomy and bring others in when needed.
