- Senior TAM focused on data analysis and customer empowerment
- Provide cost intelligence observations and guidance on AI ROI journeys
- Engage in strategic conversations on resource usage, tagging, COGS, and unit cost trends
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to represent the customer voice
- Lead initiatives to onboard customers and enable continuous improvement
- Mentor other TAMs and build scalable solutions
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years consulting on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
- 3+ years as TAM/DevOps or related role in B2B SaaS
- Strong data skills including Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Experience building BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight, Domo)
- Expert in SQL; tagging/labeling strategies
- Certifications in cloud and FinOps are a plus
