Go-to-Market Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain GTM systems with minimal manual work
• Automate collateral intake and fulfillment for sales, partnerships, and events
• Create event intake, sponsorship, and tracking workflows with automation
• Develop AI-enabled design/content production pipelines to refresh assets
• Coordinate external vendors and cross-functional teams using automated tracking
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution across GTM functions

🎯 Requirements

• Background in operations, systems, or technical implementation
• Proven ability to build lightweight, automated systems (integrations, automations)
• Fluent with AI tooling and AI-enabled workflows
• Experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and growth mindset; capable of working across Sales, Marketing, and Ops
• Experience with Salesforce, Asana, ActiveCampaign, Slack, and Outlook
