📋 Description
- Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO).
- Drive the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap across regions.
- Ensure ERP deployment aligns with the Finance Target Operating Model.
- Coordinate business, IT and external partners globally.
- Maintain governance across all program workstreams.
- Drive process standardization and value realization in finance operations.
🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in Finance Transformation or large-scale programs.
- Proven Oracle Fusion ERP transformation experience.
- Expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation.
- Experience in Shared Services/Global Business Services.
- Strong stakeholder management across multinational teams.
- Knowledge of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash.
