📋 Description
- Develop hardware solutions to support Kepler’s space technology using leading tech and practices.
- Support design reviews for active designs to minimize gaps.
- Conduct and document engineering analyses: derating, reliability, radiation, EMI/EMC, FMECA, power
- Support pathfinding for future satellites with high-speed interfaces (UFS, 10G+ Ethernet, PCIe 5.0
- Maintain design docs: decisions, specs, block diagrams, interface requirements, system architecture
- Collaborate with RF, mechanical, software, and FPGA teams to deliver integrated products.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years in electronic hardware subassemblies/PCBs with ownership from concept to validation
- Experience owning hardware subassemblies from concept through schematic, PCB layout, integration
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent schematic capture/PCB layout tools
- Ability to design and validate mixed-signal circuitry with ADCs, DACs, sensors, and precision
- Experience designing passive/active analog signal-conditioning circuits (filters, etc.)
