📋 Description

• Prepare and own VIP CRM calendar for Casino & Sports using analytics
• Control VIP CRM revenue targets and bonus budget alignment
• Optimize bonus cost vs incremental revenue and ROI
• Develop VIP lifecycle journeys with KPIs for retention, ARPU, LTV
• Plan and optimize campaigns for VIP upsell, retention, reactivation
• Align automated CRM flows with high-touch outreach with VIP Managers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year CRM experience in iGaming with VIP segment focus
• Strong analytical mindset to translate insights into actions
• Experience managing bonus cost optimization and ROI analysis
• Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation, and performance tracking
• Deep understanding of player behavior and lifecycle in Casino/Sports
• Experience with LATAM markets (Spanish-speaking) is a plus
