📋 Description
- Design, develop, qualify cell-based bioassays for potency, lot release, and product
- Transfer assays to GMP labs and client sites; support assay platform expansion.
- Maintain assay-ready cell lines and banks; ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze and present data using validated software; collaborate across teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field
- Expertise in cell-based bioassays, neutralizing antibody testing, ELISA, flow cytometry, and cell
- Proficiency with GraphPad Prism, JMP, PLA, SoftMax Pro, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience with ICH Q6B, USP <1032>, GMP/GLP expectations, data integrity, and regulated
- Strong scientific writing, client-facing communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
