Operations Engineer (Facility Operations)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and activate advanced data center facilities
• Develop internal visual standards for work boards, JIRA queues, and dashboards
• Improve maintenance and process efficiency across the department
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and drive process standardization
• Develop metrics and dashboards to quantify operations health
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste and improve service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years in operations or process improvement (internship okay)
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python
• Preferred: Power BI, JIRA, ArcGIS, Archibus, CAD
