🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in property management maintenance or related trades
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair across standard trades
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly; 75+ lbs with assistance
• Current plumbing license is a plus
• Based 100% in the field; travel within region
