PPV Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day supervision of the Strategic Purchasing team in the EMEA region.
• Align Buyers with Global Procurement Processes and company objectives.
• Coach Buyers to meet workload, performance, and process standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and supplier partners to satisfy customer commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing, tools, and workflows.
• Provide regular updates to management on achievements and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement/supply chain, with leadership experience.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Extensive sourcing in electronics (ICs, passives, memory, CPUs).
• ERP proficiency and data analytics experience.
• Understanding of SOPs, governance, and supplier management.
