Global Supply Manager, Custom Silicon and Semiconductor (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier analysis to optimize costs and ensure supply continuity
• Manage supplier base with a formal stratification model and playbook
• Evaluate suppliers for capability, quality, reliability, and price
• Assess supplier operations for rapid deployment of new products and long-term production
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve supplier quality, costs, service, and delivery
• Develop supplier scorecards and align procurement strategies with internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in supply chain, production, or engineering (or equivalent
• 6+ years procurement in Custom Silicon and OSAT sourcing
• Strong understanding of silicon foundry and OSAT supply chains, global markets, and pricing trends
• Experience with EVT/NPI/MP processes and cross-functional NPI projects
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
