📋 Description
- Lead architecture and delivery of Amazon Connect and AI agent solutions for customers
- Own complex AI-native contact center projects end-to-end
- Provide technical leadership and risk management aligned to business outcomes
- Guide Caylent technical team to deliver with excellence
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams and stakeholders
- Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering
- 2+ years on Amazon Connect or CCaaS at enterprise scale
- Strong Python, Typescript/Node.js, React; AWS serverless (Lambda, etc.)
- Conversational and generative AI experience with Amazon Lex, Bedrock, Q in Connect
- Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK and IaC best practices
- Observability, tracing, and incident debugging across full stack
