🎯 Requirements

• Real-world testing in automotive/aerospace/robotics with data acquisition and automated analysis
• Experience establishing engagements with vendor engineering, testing, or ops
• Ability to lead large cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Proven transition of large workflows to a new engineering org (e.g., overseas OEM to local team)
• Experience building a new engineering org with effective methodologies
• Domestic and international travel: 20%
