📋 Description

• Build and evolve services powering Provider Infrastructure and Roster Management.
• Contribute across the stack from front to back with emphasis on robust, observable services.
• Help migrate services to modern, event-driven architectures and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and Ops to take ideas from concept to launch.
• Use metrics and load tests to keep systems healthy as usage grows.
• Share knowledge to help the team move faster and make better decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development, backend or full-stack, with distributed systems.
• Experience shipping features for high-scale systems where correctness, resilience, and performance
• Proficiency across the stack and ability to learn unfamiliar parts of a system.
• Agile, cross-functional teamwork with product, design, analytics, and operations.
• Mentoring experience and focus on testing, observability, and deployment practices.
• Strong communication and empathy for users and customers.
