📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Analytics Engineers
• Own and drive the team roadmap with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop, evaluate, deploy, and improve production ML models for identification accuracy
• Guide production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
• Foster continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to translate customer challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading ML, data science, or engineering teams in agile environments
• 5+ years in software engineering, ML, data science, or related technical field
• Proven experience building and operating production ML systems
• Strong understanding of ML workflows: data pipelines, feature engineering, model training
• Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication to explain model behavior and data challenges to varied audiences
