🎯 Requirements

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
• 1–3 years IT support experience
• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 familiarity (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive)
• Active Directory basics
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi knowledge
