📋 Description
- Lead long-term strategy for experimentation and measurement
- Build a centralized experimentation platform with Eppo integration
- Define patterns for design, metrics, and results interpretation
- Collaborate with Strategy, Analytics, PM, and Data Science teams
🎯 Requirements
- Extensive software engineering with focus on experimentation and analytics infra
- Experience designing and scaling SaaS experimentation platforms
- Deep knowledge of A/B/testing, multivariate testing, feature rollout
- Translate business goals into experimentation capabilities
- Experience with Eppo or similar platforms
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills; modern data stacks (Snowflake/Databricks)
