Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding: manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with focus on client experience.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, contracts, redundancies ensuring legal
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees for terminations and settlements.
• Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, government bodies and unions to ensure compliance in offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents, maintain records with privacy in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues and provide practical solutions.
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
