Edibles (Kitchen) Agent

📋 Description

• Assist kitchen staff in production of cannabis-infused foods using commercial machinery.
• Follow batch production instructions and improve production efficiency.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure potency and homogenization.
• Identify issues affecting edibles quality and troubleshoot.
• Train in food safety/sanitation; maintain a clean, safe production area.
• Label, package, and track edibles for final sale when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years production experience, preferably in regulated foods.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Understand recipes, production, and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management; ability to multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with precise packaging and labeling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand/kneel for long periods.
