- Own video projects end to end across formats
- Lead pre-production: casting, locations, crew, permits
- Manage high-volume asset versioning and resizing
- Run compliance reviews before delivery
- Partner with editors and vendors to deliver assets on time
- Primary point of contact for stakeholders from kickoff to wrap
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in video production, end-to-end ownership
- Experience negotiating vendor contracts, SOWs, talent usage
- Strong network of production partners and freelancers
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast
- Knowledge of production/post-production processes
- Excellent communication; briefing directors and editors
🎁 Benefits
- Salary: $105,000 - $185,000 (US base)
