🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT/Business/Engineering or related field; 10+ yrs experience or Master’s with 9+ yrs
- Extensive IT service continuity, crisis management, or resilience experience
- Strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge (incident, major incident, change management)
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of risk-based frameworks and enterprise IT environments
