- Develop and implement global regulatory strategies
- Lead the Global Regulatory Product Team (GRPT)
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across life cycle
- Interface with AST and cross-functional teams as needed
- Drive acceleration strategies within regulatory leadership
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in life sciences; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years in regulatory affairs; 3+ years in leadership
- Experience in complex matrix environments and with agencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Regulatory strategy and global submissions experience
