- Own Production Readiness and Activation
- Run customer production workflows and reduce time-to-production
- Establish guardrails for reliability, failure handling, scaling, upgrades
- Make customers and teams expert in Temporal Server and SDK best practices
- Set up alerting and monitor health signals
- Lead cross-functional delivery with Professional Services, Support, Partners
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in software/solutions engineering
- Distributed systems and reliability principles
- Proficiency in Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python
- Experience building/operating production systems at scale
- Strong customer-facing communication
- Experience creating technical docs and runbooks
