📋 Description
- Lead delivery of Access Management engagements for GuidePoint’s clients.
- Provide technical oversight and hands-on guidance on IAM platforms.
- Staff projects, manage timelines, and ensure scope and quality across portfolios.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years IAM experience with 3+ years in delivery leadership.
- Strong Ping Identity (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess) and Okta expertise.
- Deep knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, MFA, and federation.
- Experience with SSO, API security, and Zero Trust patterns.
- Ability to mentor architects/engineers and manage multiple engagements.
- Excellent communication with executive stakeholders; travel up to 20% may be required.
