📋 Description

• Forecast items at style-color-size level by week, improving in-stock rates, inventory turns, ROI.
• Partner with sourcing and vendors to maximize product availability.
• Collaborate with technology to build automated forecasting solutions.
• Conduct analytics to identify KPI improvement opportunities.
• Model vendor relationships, terms, and risk profiles.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-range inventory and replenishment plans aligned with strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Sr. Manager level or above; Director-level preferred.
• 10+ years in inventory planning, merchandising, or related analytics/tech roles.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS in Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in advanced Excel functions.
• Fluency with Google Suite; comfortable handling large data sets.
• Experience prototyping inventory optimization techniques and turning insights into scalable tech.
