📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for product utilisation and growth with existing customers.
• Upsell, cross-sell and build multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, finance and strategy teams.
• Proactive outreach to generate new revenue opportunities.
• Manage customer issues with Support and Operations teams.
• Represent the voice of the customer inside Airwallex.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in account management or CSM in tech/fintech.
• Strong English written and verbal skills.
• Proven track record of KPI attainment and product adoption.
• Fast-paced, high-growth startup experience beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Self-starter with ability to manage own book of business.
