Facility Assistant

📋 Description

• Support Facility Management transformation and FM portfolio operations
• Coordinate maintenance, supplier, and contract activities
• Work with Facility Manager to meet H&M standards and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or professional degree in Construction, Administration, Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years in Facility Management or related ops roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management
• Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken
