🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years in customer education training
- 4+ years in Medical Aesthetics or Pharma sales/marketing
- Flexibility for weekend/extended hours
- Experience with instructional design and adult learning
- Strong communication and organizational skills
