📋 Description

• Custodian of the Project Roadmap and Release Schedule; mentors and advises Producers on schedule
• Spot risks and dependencies early; tracks and mitigates them.
• Identifies and resolves conflicts across schedule, staffing, tech, and design.
• Owns budget and resource strategy execution.
• Designs workflows and approval steps for development rhythms.
• Interfaces with stakeholders to manage scope and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or PM certification with Agile focus.
• 5+ years PM experience in entertainment and/or software development.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with people management.
• Experience setting up Jira and resource management tools.
• Deep understanding of games-as-a-service and live ops cadences.
• Direct experience leading all major game phases (concept, pre-prod, prod, live).
