• Lead customer operations across product lines, guiding onboarding, implementation and support.
• Scale implementation for ALEX Home and benefits platform; shape operating model.
• Build scalable capacity planning, vendor/broker partnerships, and cross-functional alignment.
• Turn big ideas into repeatable, high-quality customer experiences at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years managing employees in implementation or project management (HR/SaaS preferred).
• 10+ years of management, onboarding enterprise customers in a customer-facing role.
• Experience leading multi-product line implementations (benefits admin/HR tech a plus).
• Track record of building high-performing teams and distributed workforce management.
• Experience managing capacity, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional influence.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $170,000 - $190,000
