📋 Description

• Resolve operational incidents for strategic customers.
• Manage relationships with customers in logistics ops.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize processes.
• Communicate with customers in German and English.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports in Excel/PowerPoint.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in parcel ops (CEP), transport, or warehouse mgmt in e‑commerce.
• Experience with B2B customer communication.
• Data-driven, service-oriented mindset.
• Strong MS Office skills, esp. Excel.
• Proficiency in English and German (C1+).
