📋 Description

• Uncover and close hedging opportunities from client books.
• Onboard new customers with New Business Sales teams.
• Create hedging solutions using derivative products.
• Contribute to market commentary and internal projects.
• Present bespoke Hedging/Treasury Policies to clients.
• Support client meetings and revenue targets for NA region.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ months experience dealing hedging solutions (forward/option).
• In-depth knowledge of FX option structures and hedging strategies.
• Ability to structure FX option hedging solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, both technical & fundamental.
• Ability to translate knowledge into saleable materials.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
