📋 Description

• Monitors equipment and manufacturing process with minimal supervision.
• Sets-up, cleans-up, and maintains equipment.
• Reacts to unanticipated conditions and informs supervision.
• Observes quality characteristics of products and processes.
• Completes documentation per quality guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s/Associate in scientific field desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience in pharma or similar as Operator/Technician.
• Experience with validation, troubleshooting and document management.
• Basic technical/mechanical background; ability to read and follow instructions.
• Strong problem solving; able to work independently and decide on issues.
