Lead Producer

📋 Description

• Manages the Production department across franchises; oversees direct reports.
• Supports project-focused Producers with representation across departments.
• Partners with studio leadership to ensure structure and processes for high-quality live service
• Monitors department morale; resolves staffing and organizational design conflicts.
• Collaborates with business leadership on organizational design goals and budgets.
• Works with studio leadership on KPIs for the Producer department.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of project management and operations leadership experience; live-service preferred.
• 5+ years of Jira and Confluence expertise.
• 3+ years leading development on multi-platform environments in a live-service context.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team of Producers or project managers at scale.
• Deep understanding of live-service business models and live ops strategy.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and budgeting at scale.
