GTM Operations - Europe

📋 Description

• Build and own systems powering opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal
• Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting
• Design automations to surface next-best actions, improve follow-up, and drive deal velocity
• Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
• Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale
• Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company
• Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes
• Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills
• You thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments
• Comfortable with SQL
