Dispatcher

📋 Description

• Coordinating all transportation services for participants and enrollees
• Overseeing vehicle safety and daily dispatch operations
• Collaborating with drivers, participants, and clinic teams for timely updates
• Managing add-ons, cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute changes
• Providing weekend dispatch coverage as needed
• Supporting a whole-person care approach to help participants feel supported

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute
• Minimum 4 years in public or private transportation
• Minimum 2 years in a dispatcher role
• Current valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• DMV pull notice program participation and background checks required
• Eligibility to drive under WelbeHealth’s auto insurance program; age-related criteria apply
