Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with site operations to execute RTR safety policies and ensure OSHA/compliance at the Dream
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with lean principles and kaizens to reduce risk.
• Instruct and train operations leaders on RTR safety standards and environment concerns.
• Lead site security program to protect personnel, assets, and property.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain operational safety metrics and report to onsite management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in EHS programs in manufacturing/warehousing (food/chemical/health &
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related fields.
• OSHA 30 certification or higher.
• Must maintain onsite presence and perform on-call rotations for weekend/afterhours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; pivot tables in Excel; data viz tools; Looker a plus.
