- Proficient in complex wire harness fabrication from BOM/schematics
- Prototype builds, retrofits, and system integrations for vehicle programs
- Assemble, diagnose, and repair electromechanical systems
- Operate in a rapid prototype R&D environment
- Document work concisely and maintain safety/quality standards
🎯 Requirements
- Harness fabrication/assembly experience
- Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, low-voltage, sensors, actuators
- Strong teamwork, collaboration in small teams
- Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Independent work style with ownership of tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
