Change Order Manager

📋 Description

• Lead change order budget creation with PM, leads, and analysts
• Prepare variance analysis for client-ready change orders
• Track and record change orders; contribute to metrics
• Lead and participate in internal and client calls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, finance/accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in proposal/change order prep in Excel-based costing
• Strong budgets/financial analysis, advanced Excel, attention to detail
• MBA preferred; CRO industry experience a plus
