📋 Description
- Lead design strategy across Coinbase One, CB1 Card, and Loyalty surfaces
- Act as player/coach to develop IC4-IC5 product designers
- Partner with senior leadership to shape roadmaps and align prioritization
- Drive 0-to-1 strategic design on membership evolution and rewards
- Maintain high quality via structured reviews (crits, DRRs, workbench)
- Represent Loyalty design in exec reviews and cross-functional sessions
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Proven leadership for subscription/loyalty products at scale (1M+ users)
- Experience shaping strategy with senior product/engineering leaders
- Ability to set systems-level vision while shipping iteratively
- Experience managing IC designers through feedback and growth cycles
- Familiarity with consumer fintech or payments product design
