🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare, in customer success, business dev, or strategic roles
• Deep exposure to payer business models and economics
• Strong relationship builder across org levels
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving outcomes
• Data-driven with ability to translate analyses into actions
• Operationally excellent with multi-stakeholder management
