• Proven content marketing and copywriting experience across channels (social, CRM).
• Experience briefing design/copy teams for high-quality assets.
• Experience mapping, negotiating, managing Influencers/KOLs.
• Strong analytics to measure campaign conversions and engagement.
• Ability to execute ad-hoc email and WhatsApp campaigns using CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) for marketing tasks.
