Staff Product Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Build the product analytics data foundation for reporting, self-service, experimentation, and AI.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define instrumentation for new features.
• Design scalable dbt models transforming raw events into analytics datasets.
• Create semantic models and governed metric definitions for consistent metrics.
• Develop datasets powering Looker, Omni, Hex, and similar tools.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate needs into reusable data models.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Data Analytics or analytics engineering in SaaS.
• Expert SQL skills; scalable data models; strong data architecture knowledge.
• 6+ years building and maintaining dbt in production.
• Experience with event-driven product data and instrumentation.
• CDPs like Segment or RudderStack experience.
• Experience with Looker/Omni/Hex/Sigma or similar dashboards.
