Maintenance Technician - 3400 Avenue of the Arts

📋 Description Maintain and service apartments for move-ins. Use technology to prioritize tasks and assist residents. Provide resident service and support to the team. Repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Train and mentor other technicians as needed. Schedule Tue-Sat as described in the posting. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of maintenance experience.
