📋 Description Run operating rhythm for GM and org across product, design, research, and TPM-led R&D. Manage GM cadence, prioritize workstreams, and ensure focus at right time. Clarify decision rights, build pre-reads, and reduce friction in calls. Capture, sharpen, and communicate decisions to stakeholders; R&D execution is owned by TPM. Plan and run leadership offsites: objectives, agenda, pre-reads, decisions, follow-through.
